Product Manager

Salary: €40k  per annum

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania.


Due to continued growth within our team, TravelTime are now looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for managing the products, defining the release roadmap and coordinating all the activities of the product lifecycle, from product analysis through development and then by bringing the product to market, whilst representing the voice of the end user.


Who you are

You are a smart, technically minded individual with knowledge of applications who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can pick things up quickly. You can hit the ground running and be comfortable to take over complete ownership of our products, as well as planning, scoping, and delivering new integrations into other tools.


Experience working as a Product Manager and managing external stakeholders is important, and any time spent working with SaaS and/or APIs would be a plus, but if you’re driven and keen to build new skills then we want to hear from you regardless. 

Job requirements

In addition, you will have:

  • Analytical approach – able to logically think through complex problems, weigh up different options, and validate potential solutions
  • Self-starter – someone who is highly motivated and comfortable taking the initiative on new endeavours
  • Ability to proactively manage their own work stream – someone who doesn’t wait around to be told what to do, they just work out what needs doing and crack on with it
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and to explain complex information in an understandable manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Creative, with superb attention to detail – comfortable coming up with new ideas and able to document these in a detailed, followable manner


It is a bonus if you have:

  • Experience writing code, although, you don’t need to be able to write code, you will need to understand the basics of how web applications work, how they are built, etc.
  • Experience working in UX/UI
  • Some basic knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS
